Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Rynn Valley Studio! We appreciate your business and want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Reach out to our customer support team to see if your order is eligible and to get the process started.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or product, please contact us directly to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
